FaHCSIA 2009

 

Kirkwoods supports the Federal Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs with strategic investor relations and financial communication services specifically relating to the National Rental Affordability Scheme.

 

Promina Group Limited 2005

 

From January 2005 until its sale to Suncorp in 2007, Kirkwoods supported Promina Group Limited with financial communication services. Kirkwoods’ role encompassed strategic public affairs and communications services, to support Promina’s positioning as a high performing insurance and financial services group with key stakeholders.

 

Trust Company Limited 2008-2009

 

Kirkwoods supports Trust Company Limited, a leading trustee and financial services group, with strategic investor relations and financial communication services.

 

The Jeminex Group 2007

 

Jeminex is an Australian industrial consumables company that imports, converts and distributes industrial components and products to the resources and heavy industrial sectors. Kirkwoods supports Jeminex with financial communication and PR services.

 

Charter Pacific Corporation Limited 2007-2009

 

Kirkwoods supports Charter Pacific Corporation, a specialised Australian listed investment company, with strategic and tactical investor relations and communication services.

 

Macquarie Property Investment Management 2005

 

Kirkwoods partners Macquarie Property Investment Management with PR & media relations services, to build and enhance its reputation as a leading manager of property investment vehicles in Australia, Asia and North America. Listed funds include Macquarie Office Trust, Macquarie CountryWide, Macquarie ProLogis, Macquarie DDR Trust and Macquarie Leisure Trust as well as a range of listed vehicles in Asia.

 

Legg Mason Asset Management

 

Legg Mason is one of the world’s largest asset management companies with around US$868 billion assets under management. Since 2006 Kirkwoods has supported Legg Mason Australia with media and investor relations services.

 

Henderson Global Investors – AMP Henderson Global Investors

Demerger 2003

 

Kirkwoods developed the corporate communication strategy for the program associated with the geographic and business separation of Henderson Global Investors (UK) and AMP Henderson Global Investors (Asia Pacific), as part of the demerger of AMP in 2003. The split of the investment management business resulted in the creation of stand-alone regional asset management company AMP Capital Investors.

 

Stanbroke 2003

 

In 2003, AMP Capital Investors conducted a trade sale of Australia’s largest rural property portfolio, the Stanbroke Pastoral Company. Kirkwoods developed the corporate communication strategy and oversaw its execution to support this initiative, which resulted in the divestment of the 100 per cent owned subsidiary to the Nebo consortium for more than $400 million.

 

AMP Acquisitions and Divestments 2000-2001

 

As part of the AMP corporate office, Kirkwoods provided corporate communication support associated with a number of smaller acquisitions and divestments by AMP in 2000 and 2001.

 

AMP and GIO 1999-2001

 

As part of the AMP Corporate Office, Kirkwoods provided corporate communication support to complete AMP’s acquisition of GIO Limited in 1999, and AMP’s subsequent exit from the general insurance sector in 2001.
